Axi crypto deposit steps: 8 steps

The steps below are the Axi mobile app version from Axi's help. The client portal follows a similar flow, but screen names may differ. Follow what is displayed.

   Open "Deposit funds"

   Open it from the side taskbar to see your trading accounts and balances.

   Choose the account to pay into

   If you have several accounts, paying into the wrong one means a transfer between accounts is needed.

   Choose "Crypto" as the deposit method

   Choose the cryptocurrency you will use from the list.

   Choose the network to send on

   Choose the same network as the wallet you are sending from.

   Enter the deposit amount

   Each method has a minimum, and you cannot continue below it.

   Press "Deposit" on the confirmation page

   Check the details and submit the request.

   Send on the Finrax screen

   Scan the QR code or copy the address and send. Do it within the time shown.

   Check the confirmation and your balance

   When a success notice appears, check on the dashboard that the funds have reached the account.

Axi crypto withdrawals: same method as the deposit, to your own name

To withdraw, choose "Withdraw funds" under "Funds" in the client portal. Crypto payment is a method available in certain regions, so check the withdrawal screen to see whether it can be chosen for an account in Japan.

• RTS (Return to Source): as a rule, funds go back to the original source by the same method as the deposit
• If you deposited with crypto, only an amount equal to your deposit can go back by the same method
• Profit above your deposit is withdrawn by other methods such as bank transfer
• RTS is calculated on the crypto quantity. Axi's example: if you deposited 0.05 BTC, you request 0.05 BTC
• One withdrawal is up to 300,000 equivalent. Axi's help does not state the reference currency
• Withdrawals go to your own name only. Requests to a third party are cancelled
