What to do after registering with Axi

STEPS

Follow these steps in order

1. STEP1

   Log in to the client portal

   The client portal (my.axi.com) is for account management, deposits, withdrawals and checking the server name.

   • The portal and MT4 share the same master password. Changing one changes both.

2. STEP2

   Submit your verification documents

   Submit a government-issued photo document such as a passport, national ID or driver's licence.

   • Images must show all four corners, clear and in full colour. Submit both sides of a licence or ID.
   • Electronic approval is usually immediate. Manual review takes 1 to 2 business days.
   • The maximum deposit while unverified is USD 5,000.

3. STEP3

   Check whether a bonus applies

   No standing bonus is confirmed officially (as of 17 October 2026).

   • Deposit bonuses are limited-time promotions, and you apply the promo code yourself to join.
   • The credit is a trading credit that cannot be withdrawn. Some promotions cancel it if you withdraw or transfer between accounts during the period.
   • Check the bonus list on the main site for current promotions.

4. STEP4

   Make your first deposit

   Deposit in your own name. Standard has no set first-deposit amount, so the minimum for each method applies.

   • Minimums: domestic bank transfer in Japan and Bitwallet JPY 1,340, Neteller USD 5, Skrill and PayPal USD 10.
   • Timing: e-wallets are instant, crypto takes 0 to 15 minutes, and a domestic bank transfer may take 1 to 3 business days.
   • Withdrawals generally go back to the same method as the deposit, and the destination must be in your own name.

5. STEP5

   Start trading on MT4 or MT5

   Log in to MT4 or MT5 with your account number (login), password and server. Do not enter your email.

   • The Axi app is for the Standard account only.
   • If you cannot log in, check the account number, password and server, in that order.
