FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What are Axi's main account types?

Axi has three accounts: Standard, Premium and Elite. Standard has no commission and no first-deposit amount, only the minimum for each payment method. Premium (first deposit USD 500) and Elite (first deposit USD 25,000) have spreads from 0.0 pips plus a round-turn commission. To open Elite, contact Axi customer support.

What is Axi Select?

Axi Select is a program that allocates Axi's capital to traders who hold an Axi live account. Funding is allocated in stages based on Axi's proprietary Edge Score. The official page says there are no sign-up or membership fees. Joining requires a deposit of at least USD 500 (the minimum equity for the Seed stage). Axi Select participants may be excluded from some deposit-bonus promotions, so check each promotion's terms.

Can I use MT4 and MT5 with Axi?

Yes. Besides MT4 and MT5, Axi lists its own trading app and copy trading. Information supplied by Axi says the app is for the Standard account only.

What is Axi's maximum leverage?

The official page states up to 1:1000. Check the registration screen and the latest terms for the conditions that apply by account, instrument and balance.

How can I check Axi's reputation and safety?

Do not rely on reviews alone. Check the operating entity and the regulation on the official site. The contracting entity for clients resident in Japan is AxiTrader LLC, registered with the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines FSA (4303 LLC 2025) and shown as a member of The Financial Commission. This is separate from a Japanese financial instruments business registration.

Is Axi a scam? Are withdrawal refusal rumours true?

Official information alone cannot confirm or rule out a scam. What you can check is the operating entity, the regulatory statement and the withdrawal rules. Withdrawals go back to the same method as the deposit (RTS) and must be in your own name. Reviews cannot be verified, so this guide does not rely on them. See 'Is Axi a scam? Withdrawal refusal checked' on the main site.

How do I withdraw from Axi, and how long does it take?

Apply in the client portal under 'Funds' > 'Withdraw funds'. The processing target is within 24 to 48 hours, and banks take about 1 to 3 business days to arrive. Withdrawals go back to the same method as the deposit (RTS), and the destination must be in your own name.

What should I do if I cannot log in to Axi?

The client portal uses your registered email address and password. MT4 and MT5 use your account number, password and server. Check that you have not entered an MT4 account number in MT5, and that the server name is correct.

Is there a risk of loss with Axi?

Yes. With FX and CFDs, leverage can cause losses larger than the amount you invest. The maximum leverage is stated as 1:1000, and the higher the ratio, the larger the possible loss. Understand how it works and decide within funds you can afford to lose.

Does Axi offer a no-deposit bonus?

A no-deposit account opening bonus is not confirmed within the scope this site can check. No standing bonus is announced on the official site either (checked 17 October 2026). For limited-time promotions, check the bonus list on the main site.

How do I open an Axi account, and what do I need?

On the official site, choose your country of residence, enter your personal details, complete multi-factor authentication, and submit your ID documents from 'Funds'. A passport, national ID or driver's licence can be used. Verification must be completed within 28 days of opening the account.

Who is this guide for?

It covers the conditions Axi (AxiTrader LLC) publishes for clients resident in Japan, checked against official pages with dates. The operating entity, account types and bonuses can differ by country, so check what the registration screen shows for yours.
