This page also covers crypto deposits and what to check if a withdrawal stalls. Conditions here are those Axi (AxiTrader LLC) publishes for clients resident in Japan and may differ in your country.

Deposits must come from an account in your own name. With a domestic bank transfer in Japan, you may be asked to enter your name in katakana during the process.

If you cannot withdraw from Axi: what to check and the withdrawal rules

Under RTS, withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, up to the deposited amount, for all methods. Profit above the deposited amount can be withdrawn by other available methods.

  • Whether identity verification is complete. If not, deposits and withdrawals are restricted
  • Whether the destination belongs to the account holder. Withdrawals to third parties are not processed and are cancelled
  • Whether you are withdrawing to the same method as the deposit. If you want another method, contact support
  • Whether the details you entered contain errors or omissions. Errors can cause a refusal or delay
  • After 24 to 48 hours, contact customer service with the withdrawal ID (starting with #), the date and amount, and your trading account number
Before you withdraw

The withdrawal amount is deducted from your equity, and Axi is not responsible if a stop-out results. On an account taking part in a bonus, a withdrawal may cancel the credit.

Withdraw to the same method and the same name as the deposit

The official help (checked 26 October 2026) says withdrawals must use the method you deposited with and go back to the original source. The destination must belong to the account holder. Axi does not support transfers between brokers. Where an exception is possible, the portal takes priority.
