An Axi deposit bonus is a non-withdrawable trading credit you join by applying a promotion code in the client portal. The rate, cap and period differ by promotion.
How an Axi bonus works: a cushion credit that cannot be withdrawn
Axi does not hand out a public coupon or coupon code. The official Japanese home page (checked 26 October 2026) only says that promotions such as cashback and trading rewards can be unlocked, and it lists no code. A promo code exists only per promotion, and you apply it yourself in the client portal.
A code or coupon that is not listed on Axi's official site or in the client portal cannot be confirmed. Use only the code shown for the current promotion, and check the terms before you apply it.

How to receive an Axi bonus: 4 steps
- 01Decide which promotion to join
Check the running promotions and their terms in the list on the main site.
- 02Apply the code before you deposit
In the client portal, go to 'Rewards' > 'Promo code', choose the eligible account and the code, and press 'Apply'. Menu names can change.
- 03Make the deposit and trade as required
Each promotion sets a required deposit amount and requires trading during the period. In some promotions, deposits made before applying the code are excluded.
- 04Check that the credit has been applied
When you meet the conditions, the credit is added to the account. Check its status in the portal.
Axi deposit bonus withdrawal rules and cautions
- The credit itself cannot be withdrawn. How profits from trading are treated follows the terms of the promotion
- In some promotions, withdrawing or transferring between accounts before the period ends cancels the credit
- In some promotions, using the credit to cover a negative balance makes the remainder expire
- In copy trading, the credit is included in equity and size calculations
- Trades regarded as abusive or arbitrage are excluded. Axi may change or stop a promotion without notice
A credit does not guarantee any trading result. Avoid depositing or trading more than you otherwise would just to receive a credit. Trading, including copy trading and Axi Select, involves the risk of loss.
