How to verify with Axi: client portal and app
Submit from the client portal
Open 'Funds' > 'Verification' in the client portal and upload the required identity documents.
Submit from the Axi app

Tap the person icon in the menu.
- 02Open 'ID verification'
Tap the 'ID verification' banner, or 'ID verification' under 'Application status'.
- 03Choose the document type
Choose a passport, national ID or driver's licence.
- 04Photograph the document
Place it inside the frame and hold it still. Check that the text is clear and there is no glare.
- 05Take a face photo
Face the camera. The photo is taken automatically when your face fits the frame.
- 06Check the message after sending
Once sent, a confirmation message appears under 'Application status'.

If Axi verification stalls or is rejected
- Review the image rules: four corners, clarity, full colour and both sides. Retake and resubmit
- If 'ID verification' does not respond, stop your browser from blocking cookies
- In Safari turn off 'Prevent cross-site tracking'. In Chrome allow third-party cookies
- After changing the settings, restart the browser and log in to the portal or app again
- If you have submitted everything and see no update, contact client services
